The film seemed like a money grab since so many people LOVED the first Beetlejuice. They basically had all their guys think of different plots, then cut them in half to fit it all into a movie. You’re thrown into way too many different plots, and none of them really go with each other. Like, they’re forced to work with each other. The ending was even worse, cause it’s just Lydia having dreams/nightmares, a cliche ending. And, Jenna Ortega doesn’t have to be in every single movie. She really doesn’t fit in with the movie theme, and everytime she’s on screen, it’s like “Oh you’re here.” Adding the original cast was a decent idea, but it was just to get people to watch. The only decent character was the goth bride who just dies at the end. She didn’t have a huge purpose to the movie, but she was actually really good. Wish we could’ve seen more of her then Jenna Ortega. Sucky movie.
