This series is definitely worthy of an Emmy award nomination!! My appreciation and gratitude is equally for the script writers and all the cast for their incredible, captivating talents to make this story feel so real. This is more than a Shakespeare romantic drama expressing the POWER OF LOVE. It’s high time we should appreciate other international play writers. First time I am watching a Turkish drama, It’s really mind blowing when you learn the depth of the characters. This is also a much needed drama in a changing society where greed, pride and power have become the very essence of human existence. Yet, love is the powerful weapon to change the society that belief in rigid values and cultures. The characters have captured my heart with their powerful acting in expressing the impact of upbringing a child with revenge and hate . It’s so lovely to see how the loving , naive yet courageous character Reyaane transforms the character Miran who is heightened with anger, rage, revenge and hate to a loving,forgiving and understanding human being by learning to love. Their presence together creates a resonant emotional tension. I learned to love and connect deeply with the characters Miran and Rayaane. Superb acting, mesmerizing soundtrack and direction.
