I think the kid is exceptionally talented I think but basically 50% of the servers were just sitting around doing absolutely nothing even when he ask for help no one came to him and said what do you want us to do boss? Also his mom is very unprofessional they need the front of house to be polished professional and not talking people like their friends they're not their high end clients find someone that has decorum class and knows what they're doing.
