Watched this after a bad day at work and wanted something to take my mind off it. By the time the movie ended, my mood had improved and I was all smiles. As expected cuz this is one of those feel-good romcoms set in Italy. The scenery shots were amazing and the soundtrack too, especially with the Italian version of Nancy Sinatra's These Boots are made for walking. Loved it! I also enjoyed the war in the villa, though some of the pranks were a bit...extreme and mean, like Charlie telling the luggage guy that Julie had been taken to an asylum and that he should donate all her clothes to charity. That, in my opinion, was a bit too much since Julie's luggage got lost at the airport and she'd been wearing the same clothes for two days straight. Julie also went a bit overboard with locking Charlie out of the villa and calling the cops on him when he tried getting in through the balcony. Besides all that, I enjoyed their banter, and the tour of the vineyard. The spark between them was pretty evident and it was sweet. The dinner scene too was very funny, especially the part where Julie pours the wine like water and Charlie was on the verge of losing his mind, Lol. (Tom Hopper was excellent in this, and so was Kat Graham.) Oh! How could I forget? The famous cat and olives part. I honestly found it hard to believe until I googled while watching the movie and it turned out to be true. Cats actually like green olives. What a cool fact to know. (Kudos to the writers) Overall, giving this four stars. The movie was very enjoyable and entertaining. I'd honestly recommended this to all romcom lovers out there. P.S: They need to revoke Uberto's driver's license ASAP! Dude can literally kill someone, lol.
