Probably the most depressing book I’ve read this year so far. I almost stopped when Ant was in the hospital, but decided to carry on since this was for a book club I belong to. I did, however, do a quick read through it, finished it in two days, but it was a hard read, not my favorite book by this author that’s for sure. A book like this, based on a true event, can be made interesting and informative, but this book had nothing up lifting, a dark and downer book for sure.
