No time to die makes a point of book ending Daniel Craig's time as Bond as neatly and poeticly as is possible for the superhero/super spy... but perhaps too much so. Fans will easily enjoy the ride with most of the key boxes ticked, no shortage of mouth watering action, locations and chase scenes... however at times the film does deviate from the traditional formular. Some may even say that Craig's time as Bond did redefine and re-examine the character as much as reboot it. Perhaps for nostalgic reasons Casino Royale for me is still the best and most dynamic of the modern franchise...but as with more than one of his predecessors an ageing Bond is less convincing with each passing film. This one is certainly not the best of the recent five and for me probably just sneaks in front of Quantum of Solace by a hair... as forth best.
