An entire stroke of luck that another booksale browser told me about her favorite mystery book author. She researched the shelf for this little but great read paperback . Title An Unsuitable job for a women published in 1972 the first full year of my 50 year marriage to Sue.
We were very busy back then with discovery and learning how to manage our new independence. Later on in retirement , myself a strictly non fiction reader starts to explore poetry , biographies, art books,, history books , animal fiction and now a few murder mystery.
When you find exceptional authors such as P.D. James and others where you can't stop fitting in your time with reading some more chapters and you complete the read within a week I then talk about that great author to my book reading friends and acquaintances. I also check NIOGA ,my local library system to see if they have copies of this author. Their is only one E-book in our 21 branches. Maybe I will ask our librarian if she can source at least another one of her dozens as she died in 2015 at age 94.
