I didn’t make it through this book. I read a lot of self improvement/lifestyle books & the ones I enjoy the most include research, facts, science, history and real life examples of how people have implemented particular ideas to improve some aspect of their lives. This book is written as a fiction novel with a story that is not compelling… again, I did not finish this book because 4 chapters in, I found it annoying and unhelpful. If you were person who likes fiction narratives you may care for this book; if you’re like me, and you prefer non-fiction, based on research first and experiences… this is not the book for you.
