The game is great but if you have any issues, good luck! The customer support is awful and gives you the run around. I paid for the game before it was F2P and they had banned my account for no reason. It took jumping through hoop after hoop to get the issue resolved and it still isn’t fixed entirely. They will request a ton of information that no one can be expected to remember in order to re-gain access to your account. Information such as: the serial number of your game copy, the location where you bought it and order ID’s. I bought this game 12 years ago. Expecting someone to provide that info is asinine. Even if you provide this info, you may not be able to play due to the multiple possible error codes you can get when logging in. Also, you can’t open a ticket if you can’t login to your account. So, if they ban you, you cannot open a ticket even if the ban was unprecedented. Yet another hoop they expect you to jump through for their awful service. If this wasn’t free to play I would advise spending your money on literally anything else. Buy a turd, it’ll give you better service.

It took literally .2 seconds into playing this game for it to start glitching. And the only response they have is to redownload the game, though this is an issue multiple people have had. Not a good look. Not a good game, imo. Try harder please.
