As someone who works in an ICU, I'm just not entertained by the ethical questions, questions of child abuse, or telling family that their child is brain dead. Maybe it's interesting for someone who doesn't have to deal with this in real life but it's horrible to watch people deal with loss and see families torn apart. Not sure why people want to watch that. Also there's basically no plot. I keep waiting for someone to make a big mistake but the doctor appears to always be god.
