I absolutely love the show and could watch it non stop so I had high hope but I’m sorry to say this movie is complete trash. Honestly the worst thing I’ve ever seen. This movie doesn’t do the avatar justice in any form of the word. they have literally racially flipped almost every character and can’t even pronounce aang’s name right. If you loved the show and are thinking about watching this movie I urge you not to cause it’s disgraceful to atla. The storyline is rushed which I get they tried to fix it all into one movie but still any details that everyone loved were removed, like the cabbage man and even the kiyoshi warriors. I’m honestly kinda outraged by this movie and they made aang a completely different character. I know it’s a smaller detail but katara’s hair was a large part of her character and culturally relevant to the timeline of this story and this bad rip off movie doesn’t even have the good small details. I’m sorry to those who love this movie but if you were a real avatar fan then you would know this is entirely trash. :(
