I LOVED "Human Connection: How the 'L' Do We Do That?" by Art Coombs (Arthur F. Coombs III). I previously read his book "Don't Just Manage, Lead!" so I naturally wanted to read "Human Connection." I was immediately pulled in by the stories Coombs told to help illustrate the 5 "L's." I think sometimes we forget how important it is to make meaningful connections with people and this book gave great examples of how to do that and why it's so important. I've already started using it in my home and have found great success applying the 5 L's. I've also used it in my business with equal success. I highly recommend "Human Connection."

"What the Single Eye Sees" is an inspiration book that helps us keep in mind how important it is to remember we are all children of God, and we should love each other and ourselves. We need to seek Him, and through doing our best, we will be blessed. I have not always been a super spiritual person, but I still enjoyed this book. While this book is mostly focused toward members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, I believe all Christians that see to be better disciples of Jesus Christ will enjoy this book. "What the Single Eye Sees" reminds us to always keep Jesus in mind and continue to strive to be better, and that Jesus is always rooting for us and wants us to be happy. A very inspirational book that I would recommend to all Christians, and especially to members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

I think "Don't Just Manage, Lead!" by Art Coombs (Arthur F. Coombs III) is a great book that teaches us the importance of working with someone and not just telling them where to go. To be a good leader, we need to genuinely care about the people we are working with; this goes for business as well as family. As I've started applying these principles in my own business I have found the people I work with are more efficient and happier, which makes me happier. I love this book!
