I saw this movie when I was 4 years old and it absolutely terrified me. So, of course, when I went to bed, I was scared this “tingler” was growing inside me as I laid there. In later years, I had an opportunity to see it again, and the person I was with laughed at me for having been afraid of a “plastic bug on a string”. Yes, compared to movies today, it looks silly, but watch it for the acting. Vincent Price is one of a select group of horror movie kings.
