Don't be blinded by critics reviews. Ofcourse it's part 4 it's unfair to compare it to previous Matrix movies.That was a completely different era.
Yes, it could have been better. Yes, it could have been 'Breathtaking' in Keanu Reeves words. But it's still unfair to term it as terrible. It's an entertaining and nostalgic ride for most of us Matrix fans and I enjoyed being in the Matrix after decades!
