I believe that the flash recorded in the sky and the report of something hitting a trailer at 5:13 am was a meteorite. The bright light and spreading of light was a meteor coming straight at the camera which burned up in the atmosphere (splitting into several pieces). I have observed this same phenomenon firsthand. It's quite exciting. The consulting astronomers should have commented on this.
