After reading the book, I was excitedly anticipating the Netflix adaptation. While the Nantucket scenery and beautiful cast were eye candy, I called it quits after 1 episode. The show was silly and uninteresting. Elin Hilderbrand's book was merely a suggestion, as this project was something entirely different in tone. Time is precious...skip it.
