Was not told that resort was still under construction and that some of the amenities I expected I did not have. While the staff that worked outside was super knowledgeable and friendly the same could not be said for the office personnel. There was absolutely a lack of activities especially during the cold weather days. There was also a huge gap in ensuring everyone had knowledge of lunch trucks, one day they say they will be there daily other days they say they are cancelled completely! Seemed like no one seemed to know what was going on! One night while playing cornhole with some new rv friends it was 8pm and the lights were turned off on all of us about 15-16 ppl and lights shut offf and when asked if they can go back on we’re told by staff that they we need to complain to Any (GM) seriously? Who does that felt like we were being told to leave! Cleaning staff of bathroom (one female) in particular was super rude and another staff member would always go near our camper and smoke what smelled like a cigar (Discusting) I was disappointed- and so were the friends (2 campers) I invited who came and spent money to hang out with us… only to be mistreated by having lights shut off No apologies were made for this and neither was any compensation made for not having the amenities that were falsely represented to having online! And not even advised prior to booking a multiple month stay that these amenities were not yet available! Disappointed and felt that I was misinformed on what the park had to offer prior to booking!
