I was drawn in watching the first couple of episodes. But the storyline became somewhat flimsy when Joe who is an obvious fantasist, walks away from 100K.
It was also unconvincing watching Birdie repeatedly lapping up Joe's farfetched excuses.
It's hard to relate to or feel any sympathy for her character towards the end.
