Incredibly slow moving, the writing was awful, the plot made no sense. We don't know anyone's names until mid-film. This movie was supposed to be deep, an allegory to something maybe- mental illness? abuse? But it fell so, so short. This movie was not only boring, but it was also bad. Not bad good, bad bad. A lot of telling and not showing. Who is this random little girl who she just randomly begins to listen to? How is this supposed to be scary or dreadful? The cast and crew did what they could with this slop.
