Day Chapman

Sadly did not meet the expectations I had going into it. My fault I know, but it fell flat regardless. I feel it had so much potential! If certain scenes were longer, If we were shown more into certain things, especially towards the end. It’s like it fast forwarded through the good stuff, and missed out on good drama (like his fathers reaction to things and the aftermath I feel could’ve been more, but instead it was just HEA and that’s it.) Again, may be my fault since my expectations were high but I definitely recommend to read it anyways, just don’t expect Lights Out, which is superior in all ways and I love that book so much, 6 stars on that one for sure!
