I believe that "Straw" is one of Tyler Perry best work. From the actors, characters and storyline. Taraji P., girl you played that role! The whole cast did I great job. I love how we revisited the day from Janiyah's perspective and how at the end her awareness of the truth was coming back. She considered what her options where revealing that she may have been broken but not gone. This is an impactful movie and one that I would keep in my archived of black films that needs to be in every home. Life lessons, empathy awareness, and community unity is at the core of this film! Keep it coming, Tyler Perry you know your audience better than the naysayers!
