Solitary is a truly amazing book, written by a truly amazing author, the way she included dark and deadpan humor made me laugh out loud and also made me feel a little guilty for laughing. But I feel like that was her goal. solitaire, although not being a thriller, like I usually read, still kept me on the edge of my seat due to its fascinating plot, and truly realistic interpretation of high school life.

It was an amazing read and keep me on the edge of my seat. I had watched the movie beforehand as most did, but I found the book to be an entirely different experience, Due to the fact they change so much to make the film. I highly suggest reading it if you’re a fan of thriller novel. I also find that I’m a little biased due to my love of sharks, and I enjoy the little parts in the book that almost felt like you were reading it from the sharks point of view.
