Quantum Healing is perhaps the silliest concept I've ever heard. It is the act of an anti-intellectual poseur to write such a "book." To combine "healing" with "quantum" is an effort to give a sophisticated sheen to an old concept. Even quantum physicists don't really understand quantum physics but attempt to demonstrate it through mathematics. Writing in a book about its effect on health is not only entirely unscientific and irrational but absurd.

An extraordinary book which is very much accessible to the educated and curious layperson. Roger Foster has distilled the genius of Theodore Adorno into a highly lucid and readable account. And what treasures lie within! Far from a pedantic excursus on inscrutable miscellany to promote an academic's career, we find the project to fill in the concept to fulfill its potential. To fix the hole in which rational discourse falls into and which positivism and instrumental science applauds, Adorno shows us how to embody the concept, to bring in the emotions, rhetoric and sensuousness to make it a living breathing thing, and Foster guides us along the way. Nothing less is at stake than meaning and the possibility of restoring dialogue, so we can finally go about solving our species' dire problems.
