This book!!!! Made me realize most people especially here in America have childhood trauma that is never addressed and the reason for our high crime rate, jail population, recidivism and a broken society. We carry this trauma through our bodies while pregnant and never understand why the generational trauma gets passed down for generations unchecked. I absolutely recommend this book. The evidence based information presented by the author is ignored as it does not go along with the plan to capitalize on continuing to support trauma and not address or eliminate it.
