I love Home Town! I wish Erin and Ben could come to Crestline CA and makeover our shabby little homes and streets. We really need help. The income is low here so people don't put much into their homes nor curb appeal. We live in the beautiful forest in the San Bernardino mountains. The snow covered trees are breathtaking in the winter. Our Gregory Lake is gorgeous all year around. I love walking around the lovely lake for exercise and meditation. Our little store fronts need attention. It could be such a tourist attraction with more cafes, only about 20 minutes up the mountain from the 210 Freeway. The green fresh shady pines are everywhere. You can see them on the mountain from Lake Drive, the main road through town. Erin's creativity could be used here! I know she would be so taken by Crestline. Ben would have a field day with all our luscious wood that is not used!!! Ben is so creative with wood. Our homes are not expensive. We have a lumber yard 4 minutes away. Tons of supplies there for renovating. Our young men and women could use the jobs. We have a lot of drug addiction. It is so sad. Please think about us. Thanks for such a creative, fun makeover show. I can watch Home Town for hours after work. I am renovating my home, taking pointers from Erin. A little at a time and I will have my dream tiny cabin soon. I am a retired school teacher from Los Angeles who is now preparing for writing children's books. I moved to Crestline from L A one year ago. Love Crestline.
