WOW! Watched the local CBS affiliate this morning and turned the TV off before the CBS Mornings show, as usual. However I turned the tube back on and having forgotten to change the channel was exposed to the unbelievably biased (as usual) story about the Texas effort to slow the ILLEGAL border crossings. Again as usual we heard only that Texas was spending tax dollars doing the Federal Governments job which they don't have the authority to do, and the liberal view of how it wasn't helpful, and was mean and unfair. And again, as usual nothing about the Federal Government doing literally nothing to stop the influx. We talked to a couple of ILLEGAL aliens as usual who are just trying to have a better life, but as usual didn't talk to any local land owners who are afraid to allow their own children outside and who regularly find bodies on there property. Nothing about the conditions in which people are being held or the numbers of child abuse, rape, human trafficking, and drug incidents. It's amazing to me how far CBS has fallen from being the only network I went to, to being the one I only watch for an hour in the morning. My question is , why did the Texas authorities even allow CBS to film the article? Answer, because if they hadn't CBS would have included that Texas was trying to cover it up! What a shame one star has to be given in order to leave a review! Just so you know, I am in favor of allowing anyone, ANYONE into our Country who will have a job and contribute. As a rule I find that these immigrants tend to become better citizens than many native so called citizens.
