I love the idea of showing their story in better detail however the badly done wigs are so distracting. Nothing like 80’s hair, not a single tease. The actors sound like their acting. I know for a fact many talented actors could have played these roles and they chose wrong for their cast directors and their hair department. Costumes are close to perfect. I understand the Quintanillas were very American however this show doesn’t give enough for their Latin viewers, not even good pronunciations of spanish words which feel cheap and embarrassing. Who is this show for exactly? Because it doesn’t feel like it’s doing anyone any favors
