I gave this a 1 star because this whole idea of a "Little Mermaid" live action movie shouldn't be just about rewriting an original story with race swapping. Disney could have avoided this whole debate by making a completely different character with a completely different storyline WITHIN the Little Mermaid universe.. but no they purposely are making people angry and fighting each other over a fictional story just to have something to do or talk about constantly online. Disney somehow has to be making money off of that. Just my two cents.

Summed up in two sentences: Go watch Mystery Incorporated. Its better than what VELMA couldn't do. Thank you for agreeing with me.
