My wife and I were seated and then ignored. One waitress walked by us three times and not a word to us. Talked to the manager and he said the goal was with in a minute for the help staff to take to the just seated customers. We told him we had been seated for over 10 minutes and been ignored. We then left and went to Hooster where we were promptly waited on. This could be a one off event.
