This series really knocked it out of the park for me! The setting, scenery, costumes and acting are all top notch. It has a little bit of everything really…mystery, romance, humor, suspense, and drama. Having watched and enjoyed other period pieces like Downton Abbey (and found some to be too slow paced), it was a pleasure to watch Sandition, as the pace moved just fast enough and easily held my attention. I was heartbroken when I found out the series was not being renewed for another season. Recently found out that another season is in production, and I am beyond thrilled!

This show has it all. It’s easy to quickly love all the regulars. Wonderful and talented cast, beautiful storylines. It’s a very classy, wholesome television series. I admire the efforts they make to ensure the medical scenes are accurate for the time period. I hope we have many many more seasons of Call the Midwife!

I had low expectations for this movie, but it paints a surprisingly realistic image of relationships and sex. I thought the acting was really good, and they managed to bring a sorta of “sleepy” plot line to life. This is a movie you want to watch over and over again!

Beautiful sets, costumes and scenery. Acting was good for the most part, except for maybe one or two characters. Love the plot, which has a good bit of suspense and mystery mixed with a little romance and drama. I would love to see a season 2! Did not like the cliffhanger ending at all!
