Anthem has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, accounts payable DOESNT answer the phone and the voicemail box is FULL!!!!!! They will not reissue a check that they OWE ME...! Just shut anthem down and leave us Customers with the other insurance companies since you all are not DOING YOUR JOB and DONT WANT TO DO YOUR JOB!!!!!
