Mumbai Saga is a waste. There is a gangster similar to Maniya Surve as seen on 'Shootout At Wadala'. A politician backs him up to become the new top gangster of the town and was killed at the end by a cop just like Maniya Surve. Nothing new. Completely fictional characters. Beginning the action was cool but as the movie reaches the interval, it becomes clear that the director wants to kill the gangster. So, no point in watching the movie. Just save your time and money for some other movies.
Quick Fact: They claim that the story behind the character is based on true events. For your sake of information, the gangster played by John Abraham was never killed in real life. He is still serving his time in jail. So take this movie as entertainment only, purely fictional, nothing new after watching Shootout At Wadala. The director wants you to feel sympathy for the character, which you should never feel. For me, this was 0 out of 10. Besides the action, the movie is a waste. Yeah, if you want to see the action, you can watch the movie but when it comes to storylines and everything, there's the same story as Shootout at Wadala and Shootout at Lokhandwala. And what makes it different from the rest of the shootout movie series is that the death of the gangster was true at the end but in this movie, the death is completely fake. So, I believe they should rather call this a purely fictional movie rather than calling it a movie based on true events because most of the audience thinks that it is real.
And I have a request for the director that please decide your hero properly, stop making movies around the lives of gangsters, they should not be the role models of children and stop killing them at the end if that is a fictional movie.
