I’m watching episode 44 now and really loving it! It took me about 20 episodes or so before I started to like it. For the first 20 episodes I had a hard time liking it. I thought the storyline and acting were too over the top and dramatic. I tried watching boys over flowers before this but stopped after episode 1 because I couldn’t get into it. I stayed for 20 episodes only because o was bored and wanted to pass time. But ended up becoming emotionally invested after the 20th episode. Now at episode 44, I truly love it! I love the relationship between Dao Ming Si and Shan cai. I’m rooting for them to badly. I also really really like Huaze lei. Which is unusual because I don’t normally root for the 2nd male lead. But huaze lei is just so kind and calm and handsome that I can’t help but love him too! This is my first time watching a version of MG and will probably be my most fav. I’m so glad I kept watching and did not give up. Watching cdramas have really taught me to persevere and not give up even when I want to!
