This movie was a sad cliché of the original trilogy and a stark reminder of what happens when Hollywood pilfers. Sofia Stewart was clearly a main reason of the original trilogy's success and greatly missed here (see the books Mother of the Matrix and The Third Eye). The Wachowski's have not been able to duplicate their ill gotten gains' success without the originator's input or ideas for over a decade. This movie which meant so much on so many levels has been reduced to a love story of corporate memes. There was no real explanation as to the destruction of Zion (or the building of IO), the new cast introduced, or how machines decided to side with humanity and the unrest in Machine City caused by it. I was left with more questions than answers but I'm not interested in any sequel to explain them. Keanu Reeves was my main reason for watching this tragedy but l dont want to see him tarnish his legacy with another appearance. At least there's another John Wick on the horizon...🤷🏽‍♂️😓
