FFXIV is a fun game don't get me wrong. What made me give it 3 stars. I've been with the game since dawn of man. Beautiful graphics amazing story but the main issue they always have is content. Realm Reborn was amazing but slow at first I was bored half the time cause it wasn't super exciting but when you get into it's more fun. Heavens ward the best Expansion in my honest opnion Dragoon felt good to play no upkeep dark knight at his best. Stornblood warrior was the lonewolf I heal myself where everyone can DPS that's when Dragoon went down hill and same with Dark Knight and some other classes. When shadow bringer came out forget playing the game. The enjoyment is gone the things a lot of the players enjoyed doing. My firends and me included left the game cause they wanted this or that. It chabged the whole game where we didn't enjoy it no more. The bosses just re-skins from trash mobs and keeps the same abilities with faster pace and some additional stuff added to it. Then you repeat the same Dungeon, Raid and end game Raid 24/7 every week. Well okay you can make your gear and stuff to get somewhat best gear. But at the end of the day you would want that high end gane gear for your favorite character so you can deal max dps and seeing the madness of the dungeons over and over to the point your sleeping at your desk not even trying allowing people do all the work cause you ran it the 100th time of the day causw you need your dailys done. You may say "Why not try out the new expansion?" Well I know it's gonna be the same thing. I bought it and didn't show up at all. I may thouch it but how things look it might be the same thing over again. When the team gets their head out of their bum I may look at it and change my review. Pros + Amazing story + Good graphics + Combat feels good + You feel powerful + Multiple ways to get gear + Fates are fun Cons - Don't get attached to your characters - Gameay ways changes often for the worst - Player base might be nice but often wines when you correct them or threatens to report you and their whole FC does aswell. - Repeated Boss fights - SUPER SUPER GRINDY NO MATTER WHAT!
