Charalatans. Ordered a cashmere jumper but was sent some cheap acrylic tat. When I contacted them to say I'd been sent something that I hadn't actually ordered I got the following 'I would like to remind you of our return policy, which states that we do not accept returns of promotional items, as is the case with your item.' I was then fobbed off with 30% off my next item. As if I would buy from these jokers again. As I am entitled to a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I have contacted my bank to intitiate dispute proceedings. Also shame on Google - this was a sponsored link in my google feed. You would be hoped they would've checked the integrity of the company before adding them.
