This game is very good and totally deserves its title as game of the year. Lots of people put it down, but they are really just still living in 2017. Great gameplay, very in depth lightsaber combat. The reason I take off a star is because it suffers from a lack of post-campaign content. All you can really do then is explore. They should add an arena mode where you fight waves of enemies from different planets and a custom battle mode where you can pick different enemies and enemy numbers to fight.Has a much better campaign than battlefront 2 did. Also, the stun lock cycles can be annoying sometimes. Overall, very good game and an even better Star Wars game.

This game was a train wreck of micro-transactions when it came out, but dice and EA have redeemed themselves, as far as this game goes. The campaign is pretty cheesy and bad. Other than that, it has improved so much and lightsaber combat has gone from a swing-spammers paradise, to a refined version with stamina deciding how you make your moves. While still being buggy, it is better than it was. Offline content has become better and the game is worth a replay if you are still living in 2017. This game will be remembered as the game that came back from the dead.
