I could not put this book down! The plight of a poor young Appalachian boy during the uprising of the meth and oxy epidemic. Admittedly, I found the middle part too long, too much about the teenagers. This book is reminisent of The Goldfinch (which was also too long) and a little bit of Forrest Gump.
