The book seems well written tbh but the storyline is too plain? More like there wasn't even an actual plot but a nicely descriptive narrative. No cuz there's just too much description about things like how she got to the Misselthwaite Manor and the moors yada yada. And the whole plot is just about how they helped that Colin dude walk? Big deal! And as an Indian, the underlying racism for Indians was just so uncomfortable to read. Maybe people do have a reason to like but I just found this book extremely overrated.
