If you love Panem and the universe of the Hunger Games, you'll like the book. It's interesting in the ways it provides brand new perspectives and character motivations for the antagonists of the Hunger Games Trilogy. However, it's awfully slow at parts and I wished it delved into president snows ascent to presidency - which it does not touch on in the slightest. The philosophical discussions within the book are quite heavy handed as well.
