Iโve actually played the video game the last of us and the film is out of sync with the game in the film Joel clearly knows who frank is (billโs partner) but in the the video game Joel doesnโt know him also in the film bill kills his partner frank by poisoning his drink but in the video game both bill and Joel are surprised and shocked to find frank had hanged himself thatโs the only time Joel finds out who frank is.
