Two of my favorite themes inside of my very favorite genre. A dystopia mined with references to Shakespeare and an author that took many years to finish her book? THAT’S MY KIND OF JAM I laughed, I CRIED, I stressed. Every single one of the characters is so beautifully developed. The intertwined stories… genius. I really wish I read the book first.

Those who don’t understand this film should really question why they don’t. What an amazing work of art. I read that it took Aronofsky 5 days to write the script and it blew my mind even more. I know this will be my favorite movie for a long long time.
