This is a great opportunity to see good (great) actors hold the screen. These are not stories that all have brilliant story lines but they do let these actors explore the characters. It's entertaining in a way that is fulfilling if you love watching actors create. I do and I loved this.

I find Jim Gaffigan so funny. I also appreciate comedy as an art and understand his efforts to explore different parts of himself besides family man. If you have a limited comedy palate, I can't recommend this special. If you love a good laugh and don't mind something that isn't what you expect, this man delivers. He is such a pro and I'm sorry they decided to film this in FLA, the audience wanted comfort food and Jim wasn't serving it up. Loved the bit about the plague. "this is a lot of frogs!"

I cannot believe people below have remarked negatively about the therapists needing therapists. It is a profession that requires the people trying to help others to sit and listen repeatedly to other people tell them about their trauma. All that trauma is dumped on them for years. Have a little compassion.
