Worst company. They did loot deliver my product, and I am having to take legal recourse to correct.
“Please ask FedEx to submit a claim, and we will give you a refund or resend you a new scooter to the right address after giving the case number,….”
After submitting g the FedEx claim just as she asked, now she wants me to file a police report, etc.
“If the package is lost or damaged during transit, the seller or retailer is responsible under a Freight on Board (FOB) Destination agreement. They will usually replace the item or provide a reimbursement”
So this company is trying everything possible to not give my my product. I have begun legal actions
Buyer beware, many better E scooter companies to work with who are honest.
