Great gameplay and graphics. TLOU2 is probably one of the most visual breathtaking games I’ve ever played. However, the story is bland with little to no character development. The original was nothing spectacular when it comes to gameplay. It pretty much played like RE4 and other over the shoulder third person shooters. What made the original so awe inspiring was its story and the characters. TLOU2 amped up the gameplay but failed to produce anything new that players haven’t seen before in other games (still pretty good though). Thus, leaving the game’s success up to its story just like its predecessor. Unfortunately, it was nothing more than just awful. With a petty revenge story and meaningless characters, I leave this game with much disappointment.
