Long story short, it was terrible. Cons: - Characters: the cast didnt fit the characters at all with the exception of Chris and Chief Irons. Leon is created to be a clutz which is not his character at all and it hurt to see him be so stupid. - Story: There's a lot of plot holes or things that just dont make sense because they combined the stories of 1 and 2. In itself maybe it wouldnt have been a bad thing but in this case it was. - They couldnt go a full minute without dropping the f bomb. Nornally it wouldnt bother me but they drowned out any character progression in dialogue with the choice to make them constantly say the same word. - Camera Work: Then panning shots to show you locations were done flawlessly, but when it came to showing characters, or intense scenes, it was so shaky, hard to see anything, they changed the camera style every few minutes and it made it cluttered. Pros: Props and Scenery: THEY NAILED THE LOCATIONS. I was blown away when I saw the police station for the first time, they did very well with the locations from the games and Im sad they didnt do as much as they could with it. Character Interactions: Though they butchered the characters, I liked seeing the way theu interacted as people, it was a nice setup. Thats about the only good things I couldnt think of.
