Kaala Paani stays true to the tragedy of an epidemic- one that doesn't distinguish between the good/bad/rich/poor. The character development and arc is engaging and relevant to plot twists and reveals that occur later. Despite handling the stories of so many important characters, the amount of time devoted to their story and timings are impeccable. Must watch
