Was looking forward to a new โ period drama โ on tv.
Sorry but I wonโt be watching again. Family at rock bottom, sell a few fish and become ultra rich! The scene where they arrived at their new abode in their carts reminded me of The Beverly Hillbillies โ (showing my age). The children looked older than their parents! Poor adaptation of what was a good book.
