It was an alright movie, I felt that there was a lot of things that could have been changed. Being a feminist, I expected more and wanted to see women take more action. Such as, the group marching into the principal’s office, telling her that she should be supporting them and that she knows what it feels like not to have her voice heard. What really made me mad was the fact that the football star didn’t get expelled or even have a change of view. He didn’t even apologize for what he did ( even then it wouldn’t be enough). But I think the movie still managed to do a decent job in underlining the importance of equal rights for women. Emphasizing the need for women to have their voices heard, the need to treat each and every one of us with respect. To stop telling us what to wear and how to be and who to be. And that there are some guys in the world who will support women, just like Seth.
