Signed up during a sale. Found the program quiet confusing intially so decided not to do it. With no reminder email, or any notification of reoccuring charge. I was then charged the full price at the three month mark. I contacted their team within 48 hours of being charged. Their policy is 24 hours, which is fairly dismal when there is no attempt to notify you that your going to be charged. Customer service was horrendous. Their instagram response was contact our email.
Be very careful coming onboard with sales, which seem to bd the only way they get people in. This is basicly a subscription trap. No refund and lucky for me they said I could continue to have access to their app, because I've now paid for it, even though I stopped using it after the first month.
